Shipping & Delivery
For all orders, we require a 1-3 business day processing period before the products are shipped, or ready for you to pickup at our retail locations. We will send you a notification email once your order is shipped or ready for pickup.

If any product from your order is currently not in stock, we will notify you by phone or by email of the expected arrival date. We will wait for all back-order items before we ship your order.

Returns & Replacements
It's simple. If at any time you are not 100% satisfied with an item you purchased from us, you may return it for a refund (minus what you paid for shipping). Only items that are unused, in saleable condition, and in original packaging are eligible for return.
