The Netfinity EXP300 is a highly available, external storage expansion unit that supports high-performance, hot-swap Ultra160 or Ultra2 SCSI HDDs. This compact 3U (1U equals 1.75 inches) rackable unit can house up to 14 slim-high HDDs using the common hot-swap tray.
Not just an ordinary case, the EXP300 is designed for easy maintenance and high availability. It comes with hot-swap, redundant power supplies and fans. The EXP300 reports over-temperature and other potential failure-causing conditions to Netfinity Director through PFA.
