The ThinkPad X30 Series 6 Cell Li-Ion Battery is designed so you can attach your ThinkPad in the optional ThinkPad X3 UltraBase. The X3 UtraBase supports the optional ThinkPad UltraBay 2000 Li-Ion Battery in its UltraBay 2000, as a second battery, to further increase your unplugged operation.
